He also has hands on experience in leading tax function of large global diverse business organization.

Navaneeth is also a yoga enthusiast, a pet lover and enjoys reading fiction books by Indian writers.

Sharul is one of our founding partners and leads the CFO services vertical. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Sharul cleared all CA exams in first attempt securing All India Merit Rank in every CA exam. Sharul also holds a MBA and an advance diploma in Computer science. Sharul has had a dynamic leadership career in Multi-billion dollar organizations with a rich mix of M&A, business finance, corporate treasury, FP&A, managing board meetings, ERM and process excellence. He brings a wide array of experience through Senior Management positions in leading companies across Consumer goods, Infrastructure Engineering, Real estate, BPO & Information Technology Industry.

His scope of work has covered countries in every continent across the globe. During his 20+ years at Wipro, Manoj has held leadership positions in legal & tax department for variety of businesses such as Consumer care & Lighting, Infrastructure Engineering, IT Services. Prior to Wipro he had worked with ITC Limited. Manoj has also been a guide and trainer on areas around ethics, compliance and code of business conduct (CoBC).

Manoj enjoys watching Cricket matches, following politics, and watching television series.

Vaishaka has over 12 years of experience in the area of international taxation and transfer pricing. She has handled several projects involving cross border structuring, transfer pricing modeling, transfer pricing documentation, cross-border and domestic advisory, tax compliance's as well as litigation. She has also worked on various controversy resolution/ prevention options such as Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) and Advance Pricing Agreement (APA). Her experience includes involvement across industries such as technology, automobile & automotive, financial services, real estate, pharmaceutical, etc.
